FACILITY WAIVER POLICY
All participants entering or using the facility must have a completed waiver on file.
The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that every individual in their party has completed the required waiver prior to entering or using the facility.
Failure to ensure that all members of the party have a completed waiver will result in the group being ineligible to book or use the facility. VC Denver reserves the right to deny facility access to any individual who has not completed the required waiver.
By making a reservation, the booking party acknowledges and accepts responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy.
